The Mid-Atlantic Nostalgia Convention Finalizes its Guest List & You’ll Never Guess Who’s Coming!
The Mid-Atlantic Nostalgia Convention, which is held in Maryland, began in 2006 as a way to bridge the gap between some amazing celebrities and their nostalgic fans. The convention has officially finalized the guest list and it is incredible. The best part is that it is very reasonable in price since it is a 501(c) non-profit and the celebrities are contracted not to charge over a certain amount. Let’s go over who is coming.
Lynn-Holly Johnson, best known for her roles in 1978’s Ice Castles and 1981’s For Your Eyes Only is attending. This will be her first show in almost 10 years! Prior to becoming an actress, she was a professional figure skater and eventually skated into the hearts of many.

Another woman is making her first convention appearance ever! Ellie Wood Walker was the first woman to ever play Wonder Woman in a TV pilot. She was also known for 1964’s The New Interns and 1969’s Easy Rider.
Hal Linden and Max Gail from the popular show Barney Miller will be attending together, making it a fun reunion for fans. The convention will also feature Dana Wheeler-Nicholson (Fletch, Friday Night Lights, Seinfeld), George Hamilton (Columbo, The Godfather Part III, Love at First Bite), Tim Matheson (National Lampoon’s Animal House, The West Wing, Bonanza), Joanna Cassidy (Blade Runner, Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, Charlie’s Angels), Nicholas Hammond (Lord of the Flies, The Sound of Music, The Amazing Spider-Man), Mary Stavin (Caddyshack II, Octopussy, A View to a Kill), and Diane Baker (Marnie, Mirage, The Diary of Anne Frank).

We can’t forget Donna Pescow (Saturday Night Fever, Angie, Even Stevens), Susan Backlinie (Jaws, The Great Muppet Caper), Ellen Bry (St. Elsewhere, The Amazing Spider-Man), Karolyn Grimes (It’s a Wonderful Life), Inga Neilsen (The Carol Burnett Show, Wonder Woman, Silent Movie), Kristina Wayborn (The Silent Lovers, Octopussy), Kathleen Beller (Murder, She Wrote, Hawaii Five-O, Barnaby Jones), Tara Buckman (Kojak, Highway to Heaven), Christopher M. Allport (Emily or Oscar), and Geri Reischl (Gunsmoke, The Brady Bunch Hour).

Iron Knight Cosplay, a guest popular in the convention circuit, will also be in attendance, bringing some classic characters to life. We previously reported that Henry Winkler and Hayley Mills were going to be there, but unfortunately, they had to drop out. The panels will feature interviews with many of the stars we mentioned, as well as talks such as “The History of Wonder Woman” and “Evolution in the Movies.”

Please note that during the ongoing actors’ and writers’ strike that the convention shared an update on some rules. They said: “We called the SAG personally regarding the strike and the union rules so regardless of what anyone else says, we got it straight from them. Celebrities are allowed to sign anything fans want them to sign. No restrictions. They can sign any way you want. The only restriction is that they cannot talk about present-day and future projects under development or projects that were in production or will be in production. (If anyone says anything different from this, they are incorrect.)”
