MeTV To Air ‘Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom’

Starting July 6, 2025, MeTV is adding a wild twist to your weekend mornings. The beloved classic television network just announced that Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom will take over its Sunday morning lineup from 7 to 10am ET/PT. For fans of nature and nostalgia, it’s the perfect way to start the day.
Ever since its first network broadcast back in 1963, Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom has held a special place in the hearts of viewers. The groundbreaking wildlife series helped define the genre, with hosts Marlin Perkins, Jim Fowler, and later Peter Gros taking audiences on awe-inspiring journeys across the globe which earned the series four Emmy Awards. Now, more than 60 years later, it’s returning to TV screens as a new kind of classic.

Among the unforgettable moments making their way to MeTV are encounters with a massive anaconda in the jungles of Guyana, soaring above snowy Yellowstone in a helicopter to study elusive wildlife and a rare search for one of the world’s most endangered animals in South Africa. It’s all part of MeTV’s mission to bring back the shows we grew up with, and this time, they’re going wild. MeTV is available on broadcast television over the air in 98% of the country, on select cable and satellite systems, and streaming on Frndly TV, Philo and Fubo (launching in June 2025).
