Mid-Atlantic Nostalgia Convention 2023 Off To Great Start!
ReMIND Magazine, “the home of nostalgia,” where the past is a blast is spending the weekend at what is perhaps the land of nostalgia: the Mid-Atlantic Nostalgia Convention, founded in 2006 is an epic three-day event filled with collectibles, superfans, celebrities and an all-around love of all-things Old Hollywood! Being hosted in Hunt Valley, MD, just outside of Baltimore, in a hotel so expansive that my phone alerted me that I have somehow arrived at 11,500 steps today already.
We also brought with us our own Midwestern heat wave: yesterday, after hitting 100 degrees, it became the hottest day on record for September 6. This is also the hottest 4-day September stretch in the Baltimore-Washington area that has ever been recorded! Good thing there is a pool.
With us at the conference is a man who is no stranger to sun: the great George Hamilton.

Spotted in the check-in line and also later at the bar, Hamilton seems to be a big hit so far, with fans perpetually asking him for selfies. And yes, he is still very tan.
