Svengoolie fans, you are in for a special treat on Halloween night, October 31, as he presents a double feature the only way everyone’s favorite horror host can. All October long, MeTV has been running everyone’s favorite family classic, 1939’s The Wizard of Oz, and kicking off All Hallows’ Eve is an encore presentation of Dorothy and Toto traveling the Yellow Brick Road. With a spin only Sven can give, this should be a real trick-or-treat for all you ghouls and boys, so be sure to tune in 7 pm ET/PT.

Next up, at 10pm ET/PT, is the 1973 made-for-TV creature feature Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark starring Kim Darby, Barbara Anderson and Jim Hutton, whose new family home is overrun with little demons.

Viewers can keep MeTV on throughout Halloween night, enjoying the familiar magic of The Wizard of Oz while greeting trick-or-treaters before settling in for the spookier presentation of Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark.
