‘Munsters’ Star Butch Patrick is Coming to a Drive-In Near You
If you’re a Munsters fan, you may want to head over to your nearest drive-in: Butch Patrick, best known for playing Eddie Munster in the classic television series, is embarking on a “Summer Scream Series” tour to connect with fans. At each stop, Patrick will screen the 1966 classic Munster Go Home; fans will also have the opportunity to meet Patrick for autographs and photo ops, see Munsters memorabilia like the “Dragula” coffin car and Eddie’s chopper, and check out a bunch of cool Munsters merchandise.
The spooktacular tour began earlier this month in Texas at the Corvette Car Show, and is now headed to Walnutport, PA, for a Munsters Go Home screening today at Becky’s Drive-In. He will also be visiting Amey’s Garage and Scoopendorf’s Ice Cream in the area.

On June 18, Patrick will head to Dillsburg, PA, appearing at Haar’s Drive-In for more Summer Scream fun, and stopping by the sponsor, Bob Ruth Ford, that afternoon. On June 20-22, he will attend the Monster Bash Conference at the Pittsburgh Marriott with many other nostalgic favorite actors.

Monday, June 23 – Super 322 Drive-In in Woodland, PA for an evening screening, with afternoon stops at Mid Penn Bank and Bob’s Army & Navy Store in Clearfield County
Thursday, June 26 – Silver Drive-In in Johnstown, PA
Saturday, June 28 – It’s a Car Cruise-In in Bellville, Ohio, sponsored by Nu Gen Outdoor Enterprises and Racing
Monday, June 30 – Sunset Drive-In in Waterford, PA
Patrick has said that he is still booking dates for the rest of the summer, so stay tuned. Tickets for the drive-in films are $13, in honor of the Munsters‘ residence 1313 Mockingbird Lane. Now hear actor Daniel Roebuck, who appeared in the more recent Munsters adaptation, talk about the events:
