The Outlaw Music Festival originally began as a single event in Scranton, Pennsylvania, back in 2016, created by Blackbird Presents. The following year, it expanded into a full-fledged annual tour, anchored by Nelson, who will be celebrating his 92nd birthday on April 29. The festival has since become a staple for fans of outlaw country, folk and rock, offering a mix of legendary names and rising stars.
