How to Watch the ‘Moonage Daydream’ David Bowie Documentary

David Bowie the man was as much a work of art as the music, words and images he created.

One of the most influential and innovative recording artists of the 20th century, Bowie is the subject of the immersive documentary Moonage Daydream, which makes its debut on HBO and HBO Max Saturday, April 29, at 8pm ET/PT.

Director Brett Morgen was granted access to Bowie’s archives, which included a trove of music, performances, art and poetry, much of it never before seen by the public.

Guided by Bowie’s narration, Morgen made Moonage Daydream a visual and sonic odyssey through the late artist and performer’s creative genius.
