The hidden camera comedy prank show Candid Camera will turn 76 years old later this year. The show started out as a radio show called Candid Microphone and came to TV on ABC in 1948 and moved to CBS in 1960. The show’s first host was Allen Funt and was later hosted by Funt’s son Peter Funt and Suzanne Somers in 1993 after Allen suffered a stroke and could not host the program. The show ended in 2004 but had a 10-episode revival in the summer of 2014 on TV Land. It also was known to have well-known stars in on the pranks.

In the spirit of the April Fool’s day we thought it would be nice to walk down memory lane with you and take a look at some of the most hilarious moments captured by the show.
