How You Can Meet Elvira in Person!
Have you ever wanted to meet Elvira, Mistress of the Dark? Now you can! As we roll into a new year, a whole new year kicks off with FanExpos lineup of cons in a city near you. One of the first to kick off is in Portland on the weekend of 12 – 14, 2024 and one of the special celebrity guests is Cassandra Peterson, best known for playing the beloved spooky figure Elvira. She will be appearing during the Saturday events at FanExpo Portland and if you’re interested in meeting her and getting an autograph, it will cost you an extra $80.
FanExpo is a place for comics, science fiction, anime, gaming, horror, and cosplay fans to come together and hang out! Fans are encouraged to dress up as their favorite characters and are invited to meet celebrities in person and listen to their thoughts on several panels. Besides Peterson, fans can expect celebrities such as Stranger Things stars Joseph Quinn and Grace Van Dien, The Walking Dead stars John Bernthal and Laurie Holden, and many more (check out the full list below!).
FanExpo Portland
In addition to celebrities, talented comic artists and writers such as Joshua Williamson and Clay Mann will be in attendance. Of course, there will also be themed booths to your favorite comic book series, television shows, and pop culture nostalgia. FanExpo is the largest comic con producer in the entire world and hosts events in many different cities around North America.
