Make Your Own ‘Spaghetti’ Just Like Buddy the Elf
The holiday season is often all about the sweets. Cookies, cakes, candy, and egg nogs are aplenty! If your palate is a lot like Buddy in Elf, HelloFresh has your back. If you recall the scene in Elf where Buddy adds maple syrup, marshmallows, candy, and other sweets to his spaghetti, you’re probably either delighted or nauseated right now. Kids can’t resist trying this odd concoction and now you can make it for your kids or yourself.
HelloFresh is bringing back its limited-edition Buddy the Elf Spaghetti kit for the holidays, which sold out within minutes last year. It includes a signature recipe card, Colavita spaghetti, maple syrup, chocolate syrup, marshmallows, chocolate nonpareil candies, and a chocolate frosted pastry. This year’s kit also includes two aprons that look like Buddy’s green suit, two Elf-themed plates, and a resealable plastic storage back to celebrate the film’s 20th anniversary.
The kits will be available to purchase starting December 4, 2023, at 12:25 p.m. ET (get it?) and are likely to sell out quickly. Each day, more kits will be available through Dec. 8, so if you miss the first drop, set your alarm to grab one another day. You don’t need a HelloFresh subscription to make your purchase. They are $29.99, which is not really a bad deal with the added bonuses.

HelloFresh is also offering some special recipes on their website, inspired by Elf, including a recipe for the World’s Best Cup of Coffee (Cake) Brunch. Learn more and purchase the kit here.
