‘Rocky Horror Picture Show’ Gets First-Ever Bobblehead Collection
Get ready to shiver with anticipation! Fans of the cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show are in for a special treat as new collectible Bobbleheads are in the works for the first time ever, thanks to the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The museum recently launched a Kickstarter campaign to get the project off the ground, which will include bobbleheads of all your favorite characters from the film, including the late Tim Curry as Dr. Frank-N-Furter, and he is only available to backers of the Kickstarter Campaign.
Standing on a red circular base bearing his name and the “Rocky Horror” logo, which also bobbles, the Dr. Frank-N-Furter bobblehead wears his iconic outfit: a black corset, fishnet stockings, black briefs, a pearl necklace, and high-heeled platform shoes.
Curry originated the role of Dr. Frank-N-Furter in the original 1973 London production of The Rocky Horror Show before reprising the mad scientist in the 1975 film adaptation, The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Curry died on August 25, 2026, at the age of 80, making this bobblehead a fitting tribute to the iconic character he brought to life.

The collection also features bobbleheads based on the original 1973 stage version of The Rocky Horror Show, as well as bobbleheads based on Brad, Janet, Magenta, Riff Raff, and Columbia. The collectibles are produced by the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum and are an official licensee product of The Rocky Horror Show.
The collectibles are available for $30 each plus shipping, with other exclusive add-ons also available. In addition, fans who want to show their support for the campaign but don’t need a bobblehead can do so for as little as $1 on the campaign page.
The campaign’s early success could also bring another Rocky Horror character to the collection. After reaching its original funding goal on the first day, Kickstarter added an Eddie bobblehead, based on Meat Loaf’s character from the film, as a $30,000 stretch goal. Backers can add Eddie to their pledges now, but the figure will only go into production if the campaign reaches that milestone by October 31, 2026.
About The Rocky Horror Show

The Rocky Horror Show first premiered at London’s Royal Court Theatre in June 1973, and was the brainchild of actor and writer Richard O’Brien (Riff Raff), whose love of B-movie science fiction and horror films inspired the show’s campy, genre-bending style. What began as a small fringe production quickly became a cultural phenomenon, spawning the now-iconic 1975 film adaptation The Rocky Horror Picture Show, which also starred Susan Sarandon, Barry Bostwick, Nell Campbell, and Patricia Quinn. It has also had decades of stage revivals around the world and most recently returned to Broadway in April 2026 in its current revival at Studio 54.
Initially, the film was largely ignored by the masses, but it soon became a hit as a midnight movie, when audiences began participating with the film at the Waverly Theater in New York City in 1976. To this day, fans still flock to the theaters to throw toast and do the “Time Warp,” while some of the stars themselves have even been touring the film.

These products celebrate the iconic costumes and props from the stage production, bringing new creations to life in tribute to the show.
Kickstarter recently named the campaign as part of a “Project We Love” which is a great honor. If you are interested in getting involved, check out the campaign here.
