Sex and the City star Chris Noth recently opened up about his fallout with Sarah Jessica Parker following allegations of sexual assault in 2021.

In a clip from the upcoming January 26 episode of the Really Famous with Kara Mayer Robinson podcast, Noth, 71, discussed where he and Parker, 60, stand today.

“We’re not friends, I think that’s pretty obvious,” Noth said in the exclusive sneak peek shared with People.

In 2021, two women came forward with rape allegations against the actor. One alleged victim said she was 22 when she met North in 2004, and the other was 25 in 2015. Additionally, a third woman claimed that Noth sexually assaulted her when she was 18 in 2010.

Noth denied the claims at the time as “categorically false,” calling the encounters with the women “consensual,” and stating, “I did not assault these women,” in a statement to CNN.

Following the allegations, Parker and her Sex and the City costars, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon, released a joint statement.

“The statement that they put out — which was nothing more than brand management, really — I don’t know, it was sad, it was disappointing, it was surprising,” Noth said. “Because you need to call me and hear my side of this. You’ve known me for many years, and we’ve worked [together] for many years.”

He continued, “I get it, that’s more Hollywood than Hollywood. But before you make that statement, you know me, you’ve known me all these years, give me a call so I can give you the real scoop about this. And that didn’t happen, and that was too bad.”

Sex and the City aired for six seasons from 1998 to 2004. In December 2021, the spinoff, And Just Like That… premiered; it aired for three seasons, wrapping up in 2025. Although Noth appeared in the first two episodes of And Just Like That…, his planned cameo in the Season 1 finale was cut in the wake of the sexual assault allegations.
