Peeps has released a new nostalgic flavor that has ’90s kids so excited about Easter.
On Wednesday, December 31, food blogger Markie Devo shared with his Instagram followers that SunnyD Peeps have been spotted at Target.
“SUNNY D PEEPS!! Be still, my 90’s heart!🤩🤘🏻,” Devo captioned the update. “NEW Peeps X Sunny D Marshmallows. Marshmallows flavored with original Sunny D. 🛒Spotted at Target. I’m not sure if it’s exclusive yet. I’ll update.”
In the comments, Instagram users rejoiced over the citrusy addition to the Peeps flavor offerings. One fan declared, “I must try these!” as a second agreed, writing, “OK, these actually sound so good.”
Another follower confessed, “Not sure if I want them or not. I like Peeps and SunnyD. But IDK how it’ll taste combined.”
Someone pointed out, “Peeps in December is wild.”

On Facebook, Devo’s followers were even more enthusiastic about the SunnyD Peeps, with one person proclaiming, “This is the best news I’ve heard all day!”
Another fan wrote, “Oh my lord! I’m not a huge Peeps fan, but definitely will try!” as a second echoed, “Not a Peeps fan, but willing to try these .”
Someone else commented, “I can’t wait to find them.”
However, not everyone was on board with the orange-flavored Peeps. One Facebook user shared, “Sounds disgusting,” as another admitted, “I don’t know about this

Meanwhile, yet another Facebook user who tried the Peeps x SunnyD collab shared an honest review, commenting, “They were all right, but now we have 12 SunnyD Peeps that will inevitably be thrown out.”
