Jaclyn Smith Shares Rare Photo With Son & Fans Can’t Believe She’s 80
Jaclyn Smith has fans in disbelief over her latest Instagram post. On Tuesday, December 16, the Charlie’s Angels star shared a heartwarming photo with her adult son, Gaston. She captioned, “Then and now ☀️ Some things never change, he’s still my Sonshine!”
The post contains two photos, taken 40 years apart. The first features the then-40-year-old actress on the cover of Good Housekeeping in 1984 and her son, then just a mere toddler. The second photo in the carousel shows the now-80-year-old embracing a 43-year-old Gaston as the two recreate a similar pose in the family kitchen.

Smith looks just as stunning four decades later, wearing a striped pullover and simple makeup, and fans took immediate notice.
“How is this possible!! You are aging in reverse… 🙏🏼♥️. Love,” wrote one fan.
“I want to look this good when I get to 80,” wrote another.
“SHE LOOKS AMAZING… HOW DOES SHE STAY SO YOUNG LOOKING,” posted a user.
“Umm, this pic is from 1984. Where’s the pic of her at 80??? There’s no way she looks the same!” wrote another in disbelief.
One poster made the comment, “1984<2025,” implying that Smith looks better now than she did then.

Smith is best known for her role as Kelly Garrett on the beloved series Charlie’s Angels, on which she starred from 1976 to 1981 alongside Farrah Fawcett and Kate Jackson. In the series, Kelly was known as the street-smart and compassionate Angel who excelled in martial arts. She was considered the team leader.
After she left the Angels, Smith starred in the original The Bourne Identity and Florence Nightingale. Recently, she’s branched out into the business world with fashion endeavors on the Home Shopping Channel.
