Ozzy Osbourne‘s widow, Sharon Osbourne, and daughter, Kelly Osbourne, shared emotional tributes on what would have been Black Sabbath rocker’s 77th birthday.
On Wednesday, December 3, Sharon, 73, took to Instagram with a video featuring a montage of clips and photos set to Ozzy’s song “See You on the Other Side.”
“My darling husband, I celebrate the day you were born,” she captioned her update. “I will never let go of your hand until I see you on the other side.”
Kelly also posted on Instagram in honor of The Osbournes star’s 77th birthday.
“Happy birthday, I miss you daddy! 🎂,” she wrote alongside a black and white snapshot of the Prince of Darkness smiling while crossing his eyes next to a cake. “I love you more than life itself!”

In another Instagram post featuring Ozzy’s song “Ordinary Man,” Kelly declared, “Happy birthday, daddy, you most certainly did not die an ordinary man! Life without you is hard, but not a day goes by that I don’t dedicate my life to loving you and your legacy! I miss you more than anything in the world. I love you until eternity! What I would not give to watch you blow out just one more candle 🕯️.”
She added in a third post, “I promise to never stop smiling!”

In addition to Kelly and Jack, Ozzy and Sharon share a daughter, Aimee Osbourne. He also shared three children with his ex-wife, Thelma Riley: Louis, Jessica, and Riley’s son from a previous relationship, Elliot, whom he adopted.
On July 5, Ozzy reunited with Black Sabbath for a final show, “Back to the Beginning,” in Birmingham, England. He died less than three weeks later on July 22 from a heart attack.
