Patricia Arquette, best known for her work in films and TV shows such as Boyhood, Medium and True Romance, has had her share of romance in her personal life. Paul Rossi
At just 20 years old, Arquette was in a relationship with musician Paul Rossi while her career was just beginning. It was a youthful romance that quickly became a life-changing one when the couple welcomed a son on January 3, 1989. Though the relationship didn’t last, it gave Arquette her son Enzo Rossi.

The two superstar actors dated briefly around 1994. She was one of his ’90s girlfriends, a prestigious list that also included Sandra Bullock and Penélope Cruz.
Nicolas Cage

Arquette then married the famous actor Nicolas Cage in April 1995. Their union made headlines, partly because the two were such larger-than-life personalities. Although they separated after just nine months, they continued to appear together in public for years. Cage didn’t file for divorce until February 2000, around the same time the two co-starred in Martin Scorsese‘s Bringing Out the Dead.

Next came actor Thomas Jane, who became both a co-parent and husband. They were engaged in 2002 and welcomed a daughter named Harlow Jane on February 20, 2003. The couple tied the knot in Venice, Italy, on June 25, 2006, but their marriage was far from smooth. Arquette filed for divorce in January 2009, later reconciled, and then separated again in 2010. By July 2011, the divorce was finalized, with the two sharing custody of their daughter.

After the ups and downs of her marriages, Arquette found companionship with painter Eric White beginning around 2014. She often praised his work publicly and the two were a fixture on the art and Hollywood scene for several years, but by January 2025, Arquette revealed she had been single for nearly two years, signaling the end of that chapter.
