Priscilla Presley, 80, one-time wife to Elvis Presley and mother of his only child, the late Lisa Marie Presley, has been embroiled in a lawsuit in recent months with her former business partners — and according to new reporting in the New York Post, those partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, have made some serious accusations against Priscilla, including that she pulled Lisa Marie off life support earlier than the younger Presley would have wanted, in an attempt to gain control of the vast estate Lisa Marie had received from her legendary father.

The legal battle between Priscilla Presley, Kruse and Fialko began about a year ago, when Presley accused the pair of involving her in business arrangements that she did not understand, ultimately swindling her out of over $1 million.

Kruse and Fialko’s new lawsuit alleged, among other things, that Priscilla falsely claimed ownership of the names “Presley” and “Graceland,” despite having actually sold the rights to both in the 2000s for several million dollars.

It also alleges that when Lisa Marie Presley went into cardiac arrest in January 2023, Priscilla did not follow a “clear directive to ‘prolong her life.'” Instead, the lawsuit claims that the Naked Gun star “pulled the plug within hours of Lisa [Marie] being admitted, and before her granddaughter, Riley [Keough], was able to get to the hospital, demanding that Kruse issue a statement to the media, so she could control the narrative.”

The new lawsuit also grimly alleged that at some point in weeks following Lisa Marie’s death, Priscilla told others “‘I’m the queen. I’m in charge of Graceland.’”

Priscilla’s lawyer, Marty Singer, shot back, calling Kruse and Fialko’s lawsuit “one of the most shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless” ones he had encountered.

Singer told the Post, “This is nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an eighty-year-old woman in blatant retaliation for bringing a lawsuit to redress the wrongful conduct of Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators … Accusing a grieving mother of contributing to her daughter’s death is not savvy advocacy; it is malicious character assassination, and should be broadly condemned. These fabricated claims have absolutely no validity and we are confident this case will be dismissed.”

This is not Priscilla’s first recent legal dispute; in 2023, Priscilla contested Lisa Marie’s will, which gave her daughter, actress Riley Keough, sole ownership of Lisa Marie’s estate.
