John Dillinger, Bonnie & Clyde, Baby Face Nelson and Ma Barker Are Sean Hannity’s ‘Wanted: Dead or Alive’

FOX News Channel’s Sean Hannity looks back at four notorious criminals of the Great Depression era in the early 20th century.
John Dillinger, Bonnie and Clyde, Baby Face Nelson, and Ma Barker are profiled in FOX Nation‘s new series Wanted: Dead or Alive premiering on the streaming service July 16. New episodes will be released weekly on Wednesdays.
Wanted: Dead or Alive is a continuation of FOX Nation’s 2024 series Outlaws and Lawmen.
“In the shadows of the Great Depression, outlaws cemented their names into history as America’s most wanted,” Hannity says. “I’m thrilled to further this series and share the stories that ultimately defined a generation.”
The program transports viewers back to the Great Depression (1929-39), a period of economic decline that included bank and business failures, and high unemployment.
Out of this arose the “Public Enemy Era,” with several high-profile criminals who captured headlines and became notorious in American history.
John Dillinger led a gang that made brazen armed robberies on banks (and even police stations!) throughout the Midwest.
Baby Face Nelson was a criminal associate of Dillinger’s and committed a string of robberies, kidnappings and murders from 1930-34.
Ma Barker was matriarch of a band of murderers, thieves and kidnappers that went on a crime spree from 1931-35.
Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow became the infamous “Bonnie and Clyde” who committed various criminal acts from 1932 until their death in a hail of police bullets in 1934.
