1 It All Started with a Bond Girl

Harry’s first real high-profile relationship was with none other than Swiss actress Ursula Andress, who made an unforgettable appearance on-screen as Honey Ryder in the first James Bond film, Dr. No. Harry met Ursula while making Clash of the Titans, and although Ursula was 15 years his senior, their relationship blossomed throughout the movie’s production and resulted in something far greater than box office results: a son, Dimitri Hamlin, born in 1980. The film turned out to be pretty awesome as well, becoming one of 1981’s biggest hits. Harry and Ursula never married and by 1983, their relationship had ended.

After his breakup with Ursula, Harry finally got serious about tying the knot. In 1985, Harry married actress Laura Johnson, who could be seen weekly on the night-time soap opera Falcon Crest. Their marriage coincided with an extremely productive time in Harry’s career , right before he began work on L.A. Law. During the late ’80s, these two, without a doubt, were a powerful TV duo. That said, their union would only last four years.

3 Then, Harry Met Nicollette Sheridan

In 1991, Harry married actress Nicollette Sheridan. At the time, Nicollette was a pretty big deal due to the fact that she had landed a major role on Knots Landing … and, of course, she would later gain further fame on Desperate Housewives. This marriage, however, proved to be the shortest of them all, lasting only a year.

Harry first ran into Lisa Rinna in 1992. At the time, he was still married to Nicollette; nothing happened between the pair beyond locking eyes. According to an article in People Magazine from 2024, both Harry and Lisa recognized an “immediate spark” and knew that there was something magical there; however, the two wouldn’t start dating until Harry became single again.

Harry’s first attempt to ask Lisa out was not successful, but after numerous conversations over the phone, she finally agreed to go on a date with him. The two eventually married in 1997 and they’ve been together ever since. A true happy ending — and a significant achievement for any Hollywood couple.

In 1998, Harry and Lisa welcomed a beautiful baby girl into their lives, Delilah Belle (pictured above). In 2001, Amelia Gray joined the family. Along with raising two daughters, Harry and Lisa looked for opportunities to work together. They starred together on Broadway in the play Chicago, and played a couple in the first season of Veronica Mars. They also had their own 2010 reality TV show called Harry Loves Lisa.

Lisa developed a passion for reality TV, and beginning in 2014, became a cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Harry could often be seen in episodes during the eight seasons that Lisa starred on the show.

Today, they can still be seen together from time to time on Harry’s cooking show, In the Kitchen With Harry Hamlin, which airs each Wednesday on the IFC Channel.
