MeTV Toons Serving Up Some Fun Classics for Thanksgiving & Black Friday
MeTV Toons is getting ready to celebrate Thanksgiving next week! As the only TV network dedicated entirely to classic cartoons, they take the holidays very seriously. Gather your family and friends for some cozy classics as you eat and drink your way through the holiday.
On Thanksgiving Day this year (Nov. 28, 2024), they will be airing a marathon with over almost 100 back-to-back shorts called “Rabbits, Ducks & No Turkeys,” featuring Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck from 8am to 11:30pm ET. With classic faves like “Beanstalk Bunny,” “Rabbit Hood,” “Robin Hood Daffy” and “The Windblown Hare,” be sure to tune in!

Then, if you’re too tired to head out for Black Friday shopping, stay in and watch “Black (& White) Friday” cartoons all day long. On Friday, Nov. 29, 2024, starting at 8am ET, MeTV Toons will air almost 100 back-to-back classic black-and-white cartoon shorts featuring some of your favorites: Betty Boop, Popeye, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig and many, many more.
Of course, there will be the classics you know and love along with some rarely shown shorts like Hollywood Capers, starring Friz Freleng’s Beans the Cat. Let us know which cartoons you’re most excited to watch!
